Behavioral Health Unit

Our Crossroads Behavioral Health Unit utilizes RNs, MHWs, and patient observers on a 20-bed adult locked unit and an 8-bed geriatric locked unit. This team approach reflects our belief that each patient has a unique set of challenges, and that personalized treatments and recovery plans require compassionate, dedicated professionals.

We focus on crisis stabilization, medication management, and education.
With a 1:7 patient ratio, options for 12- or 8-hour shifts, and a team nurse model, we are the Behavioral Health Unit of choice.
